Parental supervision is required at all PTO-sponsored events unless the event is specifically designated as a "Parents' Night Out." For the safety and enjoyment of all students, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Join the Fun at the GWES Color Run!
Get ready to run, walk, and get covered in color at the General Wayne Elementary Color Run!
This exciting event is open to all students and families—sign up today and be part of the fun while supporting our school.
Time: Check in @12:30pm
📅 Date: Sunday, November 2nd, Rain Date: November, 9th
📍 Location: General Wayne Track
Sign-up By October 10th to guarantee a T-shirt!

🎨 Color Run Timeline 🌈 (Subject to Change! Check back in closer to Race Day for updates!)
- 12:30 PM – Check-in opens at the GW track. Pick up your sunglasses, color packet, and get ready to run!
- 12:55 PM – Special Teacher Fun Run! Cheer on your teachers as they take a quick lap before the main event.
- 1:00 PM – The Color Run begins!
- Runners will complete 2 laps around the GW track (about ½ mile total).
- We’ll have one race heat, with staggered starting lines if needed based on the number of participants.
- After the Run – Celebrate at the finish line with music from our DJ, food trucks, and plenty of colorful fun! 🎉🌈👟

This year we are doing a fundraising campaign along with our Color Run! Hosted by the General Wayne Elementary PTO. All funds raised go toward bringing more educational enrichment programs to our school!
🎯 Fundraising Goal: $10,000
Each grade is working toward a goal of $2,000 raised before our Color Run on November 2nd.
The top earning classroom will win a special trophy.
Top earning pledge runners will win special prizes. Winners will be announced at the event!
