Kindergarten Orientation

Our Kindergarten Orientation is a presentation that includes specific information pertaining to kindergarten and what a typical day in kindergarten “looks like.” This will take place on Thursday, August 21st from 1:30PM-2:45PM. Here is the breakdown for kindergarten orientation:

o       1:30PM-1:55PM-students and parents/guardians report directly to their child’s classroom

o       2:00PM-2:30PM-parents/guardians will listen to a presentation in the auditorium given by Dr. McCarthy (children will stay in the classroom for a teacher-led activity)

o       2:15PM-2:30PM-students will take a quick bus ride around GWES

o       2:30PM-students will be brought to the kindergarten playground where their parent/guardian will meet them
