4th Grade Yearbook – Submissions Needed

Attention 4th grade parents:
Parent volunteers are creating a special yearbook to celebrate our 4th graders and their time at General Wayne Elementary School, and we need your help.

Please complete the Parent Submissions Form to share your child’s favorite memories and future dreams, a short parent message, school photos (strongly encouraged), and a baby photo.

 

Most families can complete the form in about 10 minutes. Having photos ready before starting will help save time.

 

Deadline: Friday, March 13, 2026

Photo Guidelines

  • Photos must reflect time spent at General Wayne Elementary School (classroom moments, field trips, assemblies, or school events only—no summer vacation or unrelated photos).

  • High-resolution JPG or PNG images

  • Group photos of 2–5 students preferred

  • Faces clearly visible (no sunglasses or face coverings)

  • GWES 4th grade students should be the focus

  • No screenshots, filters, stickers, or text overlays
